Your General Motors BDC Assessment Guidebook

Share With:

General Motors BDC AssessmentAttention all DealerKnows’ General Motors dealer clients,

As you know, General Motors has been conducting a BDC assessment of all of its dealers. We think it is great that the OEM has given dealers a baseline for the processes and scripts they should employ.

However, we don’t want you to get nervous about all the critical elements you must have in place (and in writing) to “pass” your BDC Assessment.

DealerKnows has you covered with the GM BDC Assessment Guide. We’re here to help show you dealership BDC best practices and how to be a good BDC manager as well.

DealerKnows GM BDC Assessment Guide

If you’re one of our loyal clients, we will provide you with a specific DealerKnows SFE Playbook that will meet all requirements for the General Motors’ BDC Assessment.

We’ve already provided this to many of our GM dealers, who have all passed with flying colors.

GM BDC AssessmentWhile we already have these written processes firing inside your CRMs, filled with our intuitive email templates, phone scripts, and text/video scripts, we have placed them all into a guidebook that General Motors wants.

It’s not enough to have these detailed, intuitive processes functioning within the CRM where they are relevant, but they should be in writing apparently, too, because, you know… paper is king. (sarcasm overload).

Nonetheless, if you’re a GM dealer needing our General Motors SFE BDC Assessment Playbook, contact us at joe@dealerknows.com or 312-857-5083.
