I run a BDC and was wondering if you could tell me what my basic percentages should be regarding appointments. Any simple, across-the-board numbers would work.

If you’re looking for a basic guideline, that’s what I’ll give you, Casey.
We, at DealerKnows, (and the simplest industry breakdown we know) expect our clients to connect with 60% of Internet customers by phone, set appointments for 40% of the total (roughly 80% of those contacted), have 50% of those show up (totaling 20% of all lead counts) and have half of those purchase (for your average 10% closing ratio).
