DealerKnows Adds More Talent to their Team

DealerKnows is proud to announce the addition of Ashley Allen to their team. Ashley will be the new Prospect Communication Specialist, working with new and existing dealership clients and BDCs, both virtually and in-store.

Prior to joining the DealerKnows team, Ashley Allen was an eCommerce Director for a multi-state motorsports dealership group. Best of all, she brings with her a familiarity with the DealerKnows team, having been a successful Internet Sales Manager for a DK client in the past. Ashley was one of TaskTeacher’s highest graded Internet Sales Managers while at long-term DealerKnows client, Joe Bullard Automotive, a luxury vehicle group in Mobile Alabama.

Ashley Allen“I am delighted to join the DK team!” Ashley said. “While working as an Internet Sales Manager at Joe Bullard, I had the opportunity to work with Joe, Bill, Melissa and the rest of the team from a client’s perspective. I’m thrilled to work with our clients as a trainer because I am extremely familiar with the expectations set by both dealer principals and DealerKnows and will work to exceed those goals. With my extensive background in customer service and Business Development Centers, I’m looking forward to helping dealers better communicate with today’s progressive shoppers.”

Vice President of DealerKnows, Bill Playford, says “Ashley brings a much needed perspective to DealerKnows. With our rapid growth in both the luxury and Southeastern markets, Ashley adds vital experience to help our dealer partners in those areas. We’re very excited to have her aboard.”

With DealerKnows BDC Trainer, Melissa Roberts, heading up DK’s ad agency partners’ dealership trainings, Ashley will be assisting the team in virtual training, TaskTeacher lead grading, and in-store BDC training. Beyond her time in automotive retail, this University of South Alabama graduate is a married mother of four with account management experience from both the ad agency and insurance industries.

Joe Webb, founder and President of DealerKnows, is happy to have Ashley aboard, as well. “I’m always looking to bring more value to our clients, and Ashley will do just that. I’ve had my eye on her for a while to join our team as her philosophy and style fit in nicely with DealerKnows. She’s smart, hard-working, and just as outspoken as the rest of us. I started DK 8 years ago with only a few dealer clients all by myself, and now have grown our team to 8 people, consulted stores in 144 cities from 31 states, and 4 provinces. While always specializing in automotive dealerships, we’ve been fortunate enough to cross into consulting for automotive vendor partners, as well as other industries such as RV, motorsports, telecommunications, chemical, golf, shipping, mobile apps, and hot tubs. Ashley will add a layer of client support and training that is invaluable as we continue to grow our reputation as trusted marketing leaders and process improvement advisors.”
