Melissa Roberts climbed the ladder of the retail automotive industry and came out smelling sweet. From beginning as a receptionist out of college in Worcester, MA to working her way up to the role of prominent BDC Manager and Internet Director.

Crystal Wells-Stewart is a model of strength. As the first BD Agent to defeat TaskTeacher, it seemed only fitting to have her on board to help push our accountability platform even further. As the Director of PhoneTeacher, she takes the forces of faith and family and puts that energy into the fundamentals of dealership phone training.

Jennifer knows what it takes to engage with automotive shoppers and surpass appointment goals from the seat of a BDC because she has done it herself. She brings with her the experience from being a top-performing BDC agent to the front lines of TaskTeacher. She applies her knowledge of lead management by coaching how to complete real world activities to our clients.

Director David A. Hudson is an entrepreneurial filmmaker born and raised in Carpentersville, IL. Hudson graduated in 1997 from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a B.A. in Radio & Television Production and a Minor in Theater. Since then, he has worked in every facet of film and stage production, from production assistant through producer and director.
