Born to Serve.
Long before her 14-plus years in automotive, Crystal Wells-Stewart has been committed to serving others. With her upbringing in the church and her dedication to Him, she prides herself on being a servant to others. From memorizing scripture as a child to singing in the church choir in her youth to instilling the same values in her six children, Crystal brings an extraordinary devotion to caring for others.
Did You Say 14 Plus Years? Wait, Did You Say Six Kids?
Yes, Crystal has been busy. She first began as a Service BDC Agent for the Joe Bullard Automotive Group in Mobile, Alabama. A few years in, Crystal switched to the dealership’s up-and-coming Internet department, where she had the benefit (some say misfortune) of being trained by the team at DealerKnows. She took to heart their teachings, the same way she is intrinsically accustomed to, and quickly became a force of good at the dealer group. As a matter of fact, DealerKnows Automotive Consulting named her the 1st ever “Top Performer” on TaskTeacher, and she was the reason DK created the Bachelor’s curriculum. Her time as an accomplished Internet Sales Manager led to her taking on a new role as the “Concierge Leader” for the group (internally known as the “Agape Leader”). Her entire role focused on caring for and understanding each employee’s personal life and how the organization can make those lives easier, better, and more fulfilled, and she is much dedicated to charitable giving. She could swing all this while raising a gaggle of children she promised to keep on the right path.
A Dedication to the Customer.
Yes, Crystal may have focused care and attention on the team at her dealer group, but she always considers the customer in all she does. When the pandemic hit, with another child on the way, Crystal realized life inside the walls of a dealership wouldn’t be best, so she signed up to help the team at DealerKnows kick off their new PhoneTeacher solution, where they listen, review, and coach inbound sales calls for dealerships, to keep salespeople and BDC agents on the right track (almost like her kids – you see how this is all tied together?). As simple as it sounds, she likes to help salespeople make more money, but moreover does so by teaching them the value of being a true customer advocate, connecting in a genuine manner with prospects, and changing how they’re perceived by shoppers. And it all begins with the Word.
On a Personal Note.
She shares a home in the country with her husband and a beautifully blended family. From teens to toddlers, huntin’, fishin’, and loving every day is a way of life for this southern, Jesus-loving wife and mom.
