At a whopping 5’0″, Dawn Neisler may seem diminutive, but the punch she packs for DealerKnows is anything but tiny. With over a decade in customer service in the music industry, Dawn knows how to ensure people follow along to the right tune. She has bent people to her will (from a customer service perspective) while living in California, the Mojave Desert, Texas, Florida, and North Carolina. The smallest of statures still hold down the fort in some of the biggest states.

Keeping CRMs and the Airways safe.

Dawn is a bit of a renaissance woman, and not because she frequents five or more renaissance fairs annually. Beyond her time in customer service for Universal Music, she also owns and operates her own AM/FM radio station. Keeping the airwaves clear wasn’t enough. Dawn wanted to keep the airways safe too, so she spent time as a TSA Agent. She now spends her time inside of DealerKnows’ clients’ CRMs, monitoring the digital airwaves and issuing pat-downs as needed. When not solving the world’s lead-handling problems, Dawn Neisler spends her time with her amazing family (including her four sons because tough women build boys). She cares for her live-in father, drinks a mean cup of Joe, and even dotes on her teenage grandchild. If any time is left in her day, Dawn chases her miniature cockapoo around in between her training as an amateur painter and a superstar winemaker.
